By using Efficio ("the App"), you agree to the following Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

1. Purpose of the App

Efficio provides productivity tools including:

• habit tracking
• to-do lists
• kanban boards
• Pomodoro timers
• Eisenhower matrices
• daily journals
• mood tracking

Efficio is not a medical, psychological, or therapeutic application.

2. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• use the app legally and respectfully
• not upload harmful, illegal, or abusive content
• not attempt to reverse engineer or damage the service.

3. Purchases & Subscriptions

Efficio offers:

• in-app purchases
• optional premium features
• monthly or yearly subscriptions

3.1. Renewal

Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled 24 hours before the end of the current period.

3.2. Payment

Payments are processed by Apple through your Apple ID. We do not have access to your payment information.

3.3. Cancellation

You can cancel at any time via: ➡️ Settings (of your iPhone) → Apple ID → Subscriptions
Refunds are managed exclusively by Apple.

4. Advertising

Efficio displays advertisements via Google AdMob.
Ads may include:

• banners
• interstitial ads
• rewarded ads

5. Third-Party Services

Efficio uses the following third-party SDKs:

• Google AdMob
• Google Firebase
• RevenueCat
• Facebook SDK
• TikTok SDK
• X/Twitter SDK
• Pinterest SDK
• Instagram SDK

Their terms also apply.

6. Data & Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains in detail how your data is collected and processed. By using Efficio, you agree to the Privacy Policy.

7. Limitation of Liability

We provide Efficio "as-is". We are not responsible for:

• loss of data
• downtime
• third-party SDK issues
• inaccurate analytics

8. Termination

We may suspend access if you violate these Terms.
